Armenia’s Foreign Ministry Building Cordoned Off by Demonstrators

YEREVAN, ARMENIA – On Monday morning, the march of the “Resistance” movement demanding Pashinyan’s resignation started from Yerevan’s French Square, passed through the streets of the capital and reached the building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where policemen had formed a wall and were waiting for them.

Ishkhan Saghatelyan, one of the leaders of the “Resistance” movement, stated that the Foreign Ministry was not guided by the interests of the Armenian people, so the entrances to the building would be cordoned off.

As of 11:30 AM Armenia time, the Foreign Ministry building was blocked on all sides by protestors.
