GLENDALE, CA — The Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) Glendale Aharonian Chapter proudly marked its 50th Anniversary Gala on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Impressions Banquet Hall, with over 250 guests to celebrate five decades of unwavering service, activism, and dedication to the Armenian community and the city of Glendale.
The elegant evening, emceed by Ungeroohi Nora Tchaparian, brought together community members, youth organizations, and distinguished guests from across the Western United States. Guests were treated to an evening of reflection, fellowship, and outstanding entertainment featuring renowned Armenian performer Samvel Yeranyan (Sumbul), whose performance inspired and energized the celebratory atmosphere.














Among the honored guests were ARF Bureau member Unger Daron Der-Khachadourian, ARF Western United States Central Committee (CC) Chair Unger Garo Madenlian with other CC members and ARF Aharonian Chair Unger Alfred “Alfrig” Bandaryan with other board members, representatives from the Armenian National Committee of America Glendale Chapter, the Armenian Youth Federation (AYF), AYF Juniors Central Council, Armenian Relief Society (ARS) Sepan Chapter, Hamazkayin Hovhannes Toumanian Chapter, the Armenian Youth Association of California, and fellow ARF chapters from across the region.








The Gala commemorated Aharonian Chapter’s enduring contributions over the past 50 years, highlighting its pivotal role in advancing civic engagement, political advocacy, and the preservation of Armenian identity and culture in the Glendale area. Since its founding, the chapter has served as a cornerstone of the local Armenian community, supporting youth initiatives, social justice efforts, and humanitarian causes that align with the mission and values of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation.

Throughout the evening, speakers reflected on the Aharonian Chapter’s proud legacy and reaffirmed its ongoing commitment to empowering the next generation of Armenians to continue the work of national and community advancement.
