Car Rally and Protest in Defense of Artsakh Held in Burbank and Glendale

On Sunday, August 6, a rally and demonstration took place in Burbank and Glendale in defense of Artsakh. The purpose of the action was to inform the community about the dire situation in Artsakh and to attract the public’s attention to this issue. The participants also demanded that U.S. Congressman Adam Schiff visit Artsakh and familiarize himself with the situation there.

The crowd gathered at the Western Diocese of the Armenian Church in Burbank on Sunday afternoon, in the area adjacent to St. Leon Armenian Cathedral. At 3pm, a motorcade started its way first through Burbank, then to the Armenian-populated neighborhoods in Glendale and, finally returning to Burbank, near the office of Congressman Adam Schiff, raising their voice demanding that the US government use all possibilities to end the blockade.
